Merit Badge Adventures are Here—Register Now!

Our spring Merit Badge Adventures are here and open for registration! Merit Badge Adventures are Friday through Saturday adventures at one of our camps that focus on helping youth work on one or more Eagle required merit badges! Troops can now combine their monthly campout with merit badge work - no extra work for the adult leaders, and great opportunities for the youth. This spring we are excited to announce two new Merit Badge Adventures at Camp Jeremiah JohnsonMammal Studies and Archery. Other adventures being offered include cooking, sailing, and many more to come. Register for any of these weekend adventures today.

Attend the University of Scouting on February 23, 2019

The University of Scouting (UoS) is a training event for adult leaders and offers fun, learning, and fellowship for all who attend. It is the only time during the year where you can find the widest variety of training opportunities in all program areas, all in one place. Whether you are new to the Boy Scouts or a veteran, the University will provide interesting courses in Cub Scouting, Scouts BSA, Venturing, and what we call General Scouting Studies. Participants will also be addressed by keynote speaker, avid Scouter, and Guinness World Record Holder Martin Frey, the first person to climb all Seven Summits and sail the Seven Seas. Reserve your spot online today!

Sell Scout Starving Student Cards and Earn Your Ideal Year of Scouting

Scouting has many expenses, but you shouldn't let that stop you from planning your dream year of Scouting. With Scout Starving Student Cards, you can earn the funds you need for your unit's ideal year! With this fundraiser, 75 percent of sales go back to Scouting. $15 of every card stays with the unit and $7.50 goes back to local Scouting. These cards even include a family ticket to our Utah Valley Scout Show! Not part of a Scout unit? No problem. Individuals, Cub Packs, Scout Troops, Venturing Crews, Young Women Groups and Youth Ministry Groups can all sell these cards to raise money for the year's activities. If you are interested in selling Scout Starving Student Cards, visit your local Scout Office or email help@utahscouts.org.
