Terms and Conditions:

1. Room reservations are a first come, first served basis.

2. The person(s) renting is responsible for any and all damage caused to the building/equipment/room furnishings which includes repairs, supplies, and labor fees.

3. Each room inquiry will be reviewed and approved before reserving. It is against BSA policy to put ourselves in a position where we may be perceived to advocate a political stance or ideology. Our building and properties will not be available for anything that promotes a political candidate/party. We reserve the right to deny any person, group, and/or event. (Any caucus meeting/training, elected political official, and non-political meetings are acceptable.)

4. Reservations need to be requested at least 72 hours before the event date. Last-minute reservation inquiries may not be granted.

5. Payment must be made at the time of reservation. 

6. In the event of a cancellation, a full refund will be given if notice is received at least three business days before the event.

7. It is the responsibility of the renter to clean the room after use. This includes picking up trash, taking out the garbage and vacuuming. Failure to comply will result in a $50 cleaning fee. 

8. It is the responsibility of the renter to set up the room as desired and to put the room back to its original condition.

9. If your event is being held during normal business hours (Mon-Fri 9 am - 6 pm), you must ONLY use the south parking lot. The west parking lot will be reserved for our daily customers.

10. Renters may use their rented room and the building's bathroom facilities. All other desks and locations in the building are not to be tampered with. Video surveillance is active in the building.

Failure to comply with the above terms and conditions will result in (including but not limited to) cancellation of the event and/or loss of future renting privileges.
